Harry McCullagh is an experienced general practice lawyer having qualified in 1995 from University College Cork and has Practiced as a solicitor in Cork for over 25 years.

Harry founded his own firm and has built a strong private practice. Harry recently represented clients in the landmark decision of Omega Leisure Limited, which has now established legal precedent for licensing law in Ireland.

Harry also holds a Diploma from the Law Society of Ireland in Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring and also represents clients in commercial and civil litigation. He handles a significant volume of both commercial and civil litigation over the years. Also an accredited Mediator, Harry can facilitate alternative dispute resolution which can often be an altogether faster and cost-effective means of resolving disputes. Harry’s cases have been contested in all levels of the Courts of Ireland and with excellent outcomes for our clients.

In recent years, Harry succeeded in securing the Gold Standard award from a leading standards authority. Indeed, Harry’s firm was recently awarded the Gold Standard in the Q6000 Risk Management Standard for the third year running and being only one of 5 firms which have achieved this distinction in the Republic of Ireland to date.

Brenda joined our firm in February 2019 on her return from Australia where she worked in a highly regarded law firm in Sydney’s Northern CBD since 2014. Brenda is an Associate Member of the Irish Institute of Legal Executives and has recently completed a Diploma in Legal Studies and Practice.

Brenda works closely with Harry and Linda in the practice areas of Commercial Property, Residential Conveyancing, Probate, Wills and Estates.
